Established in 2011, Bhosale Associates is a reputed construction company based in Ravet, Pune. Founded under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Vinod Subhash Bhosale, the firm has consistently delivered quality-driven residential projects, both independently and through joint ventures. Over the years, we have carved a niche for ourselves in Pune’s real estate landscape by focusing on integrity, innovation, and customer-centric development.

Our Founder: Mr. Vinod Subhash Bhosale

Mr. Vinod Bhosale, the Promoter, Director, and Consultant at Bhosale Associates, is a visionary in the construction and real estate sector. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Science from Kolhapur University, he brings with him over 20 years of diverse experience, including more than 15 years in the construction industry and a strong foundation in manufacturing, operations, and materials management. He began his construction journey as the Chief Promoter of Tata Autocomp Employees Co-op Housing Society in Talegaon, which consisted of 213 tenements. Since then, he has led and contributed to numerous successful projects across Ravet, Kiwale, Kiwale, Punawale, and Talegaon.
